MeetAsiatic is an online dating service for singles of Asian heritage and people who share these cultures, published by the company COMONLINE, located at 78 bd de la République, 92100 Boulogne-Billancourt, France, registered with the Créteil Trade Registry under number 488 107 137, with a share capital of 5,000 euros. When you register and use our services, we collect the following data:

• Identification data: username, email address, password (encrypted), date of birth, gender
• Profile data: description, city, origins, family situation, interests, photos
• Connection data: IP address, device type, login timestamps
• Usage data: browsing history, likes, messages exchanged

Your data is used to:

• Provide and manage your account and dating profile
• Suggest compatible profiles through our matching algorithm
• Ensure the security and moderation of the platform
• Send you notifications about your account activity (visits, likes, messages)
• Improve our services and develop new features

Some profile questions concern data considered sensitive under Article 9 of the GDPR: your origin and your religion. Answering is optional ("I'd rather not say"). If you provide them, they are processed on the basis of your explicit consent, given and time-stamped at sign-up, solely to suggest compatible profiles and to display them on your profile to other members. They are never sold or used for advertising. You can withdraw your consent at any time by deleting these answers from your profile or by writing to contact@hello-factory.fr; they are deleted along with your account.

Your personal data is never sold to third parties. It may be shared in the following cases:

• With other members: your public profile (username, photos, description, city) is visible to registered users
• With our technical providers: hosting (Supabase/Vercel), email delivery (Resend), strictly within the scope of service execution
• With competent authorities: in case of legal obligation or judicial request

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

• Right of access: obtain a copy of your personal data
• Right of rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Right to erasure: request deletion of your account and data

Your data is retained for the entire duration of your active account. In case of prolonged inactivity (3 years without login), your account may be deleted after email notification. After account deletion, your data is anonymized and can no longer be linked to your identity.

MeetAsiatic is strictly reserved for adults (18 years and older). We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover that a minor has registered, their account will be immediately deleted.

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data: password encryption, secure connections (HTTPS), strict access control to databases, AI-powered content moderation.
